This is an 18mm chrome finished plastic push-fit end-cap suitable for many portafilter handles. It simply pushes into the hole in the end of many portafilters.
When fitting, push firmly into the hole in the handle. Be careful NOT to bang these on a table or similar when trying to insert as it is possible to dent the chrome end.
