This is a replacement boiler kit for any standard Classic (ie not suitable for the RI9403 model).  It's suitable for all voltages (120V / 240V).

It's the lead-free brass boiler with 25% increased capacity that is currently installed within the Classic E24, but it's backward compatible with any Classic from the last 30+ years that has a standard aluminium (coated or uncoated) boiler - hence this can be used as a replacement for an earlier machine's aluminium boiler.

It's an original Gaggia spare part, with part number: GAGGSAE-1-2225

Voltage: 120V and 220-240V

Weight: 1330g (original aluminium boiler is 523g)

All of our boilers and boiler kits are provided as “parts only” and do not include any installation instructions. You can typically find helpful videos on YouTube if you need guidance.

OMG ! What an upgrade ! My temp is now so much more manageable, very quick to stabilise, ready to pull another shot in seconds. Steam power is also much improved. The greater capacity of the boiler, though relatively small, plays a great role in those improvements I think. With my PID and my dimmer control for the pump, I think I have reach the maximum that can be achieved with the Classic Pro, and what every home barista aims for : consistancy. Thanks Mr.Shades !

Wow, no reviews. I’m a total newbie to the world of espresso and have a couple thoughts on this new brass boiler. It’s the opposite of what I expected. So forgiving compared to my aluminum boiler that I can barely heat up my machine and pull two shots in a row during a work meeting and they all look and taste the same. The steam power is pretty impressive, I can use l half the amount of milk and it fills my jug without having to consider the angle, depth, temperature. Brass is very forgiving. The electrical connections occasionally need some tweaks so I recommend buying from someone like Shades of Coffee who can walk you through any installation issues which can be quite serious.
