For our most popular destination countries and regions, we're collating this table of INDICATIVE additional local costs that may apply to our shipments from the United Kingdom.
The information shown is our current understanding, and you should ALWAYS check local laws on local government / postal / courier websites for the most accurate and latest information - as we cannot be held liable for any incorrect information within the table below, it's supplied on a best-endeavours basis - with information collated from our own knowledge and feedback from customers.
If you know any of the information below to be inaccurate or wrong, then please let us know and we'll update it as soon as we can. If your country is not shown, and you'd like us to add information that you're aware of then please also let us know and we'll add it.
We DO NOT collect any of the local charges shown below - and they're typically payable to local postal or courier companies; either before or after delivery of the goods.

** UNITED STATES: (As of April 16th 2025): We are waiting to see if there is any impact at all on our Mail and FedEx shipments to the US further to the recent introduction of global tariffs imposed by the current Presidential Administration. We expect our shipments to avoid any tariffs, due to being "de minimis" shipments originating from the UK. Mail shipments only require simple Customs information in this regard, though FedEx shipments must have the country-of-origin specified for every item, and this can vary and can include the UK, Europe and China.
Please let us know if you receive shipments into the US and there are any additional tariff costs at all - so that we can update this information.
