Beans and Roasters

At Shades of Coffee, we drink a reasonable amount of coffee brewed using a variety of methods (though usually espresso based drinks to be honest).  We've tried beans from many of the UK's roasters, and regularly try beans from new roasters and different roasters in our ongoing quest to entertain the palate...
