Gaggia Classic 10 piece upgraded Service Kit

Suitable for all Gaggia Classic models (except RI9403 : Classic V2 / Classic 2015)

Kit contains:

  • 1 x Group gasket (either black EPDM, or upgraded 8.5mm silicone in red (OEM) or blue (REPA), or 8.0mm in orange)
  • 1 x Group shim (coated paper, for worn group heads / portafilters)
  • 1 x Steam valve seal (upgraded to red silicone)
  • 1 x Main boiler gasket (upgraded to red silicone)
  • 1 x Steam arm seal (for Original Classic steam arm - upgraded to black Viton)
  • 1 x Vent tube seal (upgraded to black Viton)
  • 1 x Ulka pump seal (upgraded to black Viton)
  • 3 x Solenoid & OPV o-rings (upgraded to red silicone)

Where relevant, all products are manufactured from FDA approved silicone or Viton.

Note that this is designed to be a generic service kit - and hence some included o-rings may not be relevant to some models (eg Ulka pump seal isn't relevant to Classic Pro / 2019 / Evo 2023) - so by purchasing this kit you should have everything you need, or more.

This kit does NOT include the Classic Pro / Classic Evo steam arm union o-ring, which can be found here

Debated purchasing the 8mm or 8.5mm group gasket. With the 18g IMS basket ordered from here the 8mm makes the handle sit perfectly at 6 o'clock. Perfect.
