This is a replacement boiler kit for any standard Classic (ie not suitable for the RI9403 model). It's suitable for all voltages (120V / 240V).
It's identical to the traditional aluminium boiler that has been used in the Classic for 30+ years, but new for the Classic Evo, this boiler has a non-stick and anticorrosion coating.
This coating is EXELIA 3010_B242. This type of coating is also used on professional pots and pans. EXELIA 3010/B242 coating conforms for contact with food in compliance with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Regulation CFR Title 21 Par 175.300 and it conforms for contact with food in compliance with the Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
It's an original Gaggia spare part.
This kit also includes the following additional parts:
- 6 x M6x16 A4 (316) stainless steel screws (2 for steam valve mounting, 4 for attaching to group head)
- 1 x red silicone 70 FDA steam valve o-ring (fits in the top of the boiler, when mounting the steam valve)
- 1 x red silicone 70 FDA large boiler o-ring (fits between the boiler and group head)
