Due to Gaggia making the bare brass group mounting for the RainFlow approx 0.5mm smaller in diameter than older groups, the original RainFlow plates are too tight a fit - so we're changing the design of this upper plate very slightly to accommodate this Gaggia change.
If you have a Classic with a bare brass group - which is usually:
1. Classic E24 (2024 onwards)
2. Classic Evo or Classic Evo Pro (2023 onwards)
...and you have previously ordered a RainFlow, then please order this replacement part and we will send it to you via mail** free of charge once they are available.
Please do not try to forcibly fit the RainFlow upper plate into your machine, as you may find it difficult to remove afterwards.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this change may cause, but we're fully committed to you enjoying the benefits of your RainFlow dispersion plate as soon as possible and we're working hard to fix it ASAP.
It's important to note that whilst we are showing stock of these parts, we do not currently have any - and your order will be placed on-hold pending arrival of the replacement parts once available. Once we have them, we'll fulfil and ship your order by tracked mail ASAP.
