The IMS Big Bang Espresso Filter Basket is designed to revolutionize the coffee extraction process, promising a more consistent and flavorful cup of espresso. The design features and materials used in this filter basket aim to address common issues faced by espresso enthusiasts, such as uneven extraction and channelling.

I purchased the Big Bang 20g basket to replace the stock basket on my La Spaziale Lucca A53 Direct Plumb (US version of the S1 Vivaldi 2) and I was shocked at how much of an improvement it made. I have been a Shades customer for years modding a Gaggia Classic, and in my experience few upgrades have made such a large improvement. Given the price, it is easily the biggest bang for the buck (pun intended!).
